McDowell Will Not Join Flint Group

Further to its previous announcement regarding Daniel F McDowell, Flint Group regrets to inform that he will now not be joining Flint Group.

McDowell has asked us to state on his behalf that he sincerely regrets that he will not be able to take up the position of president - global packaging/narrow web, for personal and family reasons. After a sabbatical leave, he will be returning to the USA to pursue other interests outside of the printing inks industry, and wishes Flint Group continued success in the future.

Antoine Fady, chief executive officer for Flint Group, commented, "Whilst this is obviously disappointing news, I am confident that the Packaging / Narrow Web leadership team will continue the strong development of our packaging business and further build on the positive momentum that they have generated."
