H.C. Miller Company, based in Green Bay, Wis., appointed Craig A. Johnson as chief executive officer. He succeeds Lynn Peterson, human resources vice president, who served as interim CEO. Peterson will continue in her role as human resources vice president.
Johnson began his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young. He has also held senior financial and executive roles at NPS Corporation and FEECO International, and most recently served as the chief financial officer of American Finishing Services in Chilton, Wis.—a coating removal and fabrication company.
