Brianne Baggetta, president of Albany, N.Y.-based direct marketing specialist The Mailworks, describes her investment in an Océ VarioPrint i300 sheetfed color inkjet press and, now, a brand-new Océ ProStream 1000 continuous-feed color inkjet press from Canon Solutions America. Baggetta also explains why she elects to not employ any outside salespeople, instead focusing her efforts on the art of customer care.
