He is Six Sigma certified and has an extensive background in sales team management, national account management, and new business development.<\/p>\n<p>Born and raised in the Philadelphia suburbs, Oeste attended Bloomsburg University, and the University of Michigan Business School.  After honorably serving four years of active duty and three years in the reserves with the United States Navy, John started his career with The Glidden Company \/ ICI Paints in sales and operations.  In the early 1990&#8217;s he was promoted and relocated to Cleveland, Ohio.
