He will lead the national sales team and oversee all sales functions for the print segment.<\/p>\n<p>Pennington will assist Dale Donati during the transition from his previous position as vice president and business unit director over half the print segment manufacturing facilities.<\/p>\n<p>Donati, vice president of operations, will now oversee all Print Segment manufacturing facilities and their respective general managers will report directly to him.<\/p>\n<p>Donati has assumed responsibility for all plant operational needs and any initiatives currently in progress.
