Prinova Appointed New CEO

Prinova, a leader in developing and delivering innovative software and services within the customer communications management market, announced the appointment of Barrie Laver as Chief Executive Officer.

Laver is a senior business executive with a proven track record in building value and developing management teams. He brings Prinova over 20 years of executive management experience in the private equity, venture capital, hospitality and asset management industries.

Prior to joining Prinova, Laver was COO and CFO of Geminare Incorporated. He previously served as Director, and President & CEO of Lais Hotel Properties Limited, Managing Partner at RBC Capital Partners, and Founder and Managing Partner of CastleHill Ventures, a high net worth-backed venture capital fund.
